Ten minutes with this list is the difference between a Visit that sells and one that looks unfinished.

Content

  • Property name reads well as a link preview (roughly 60 characters)
  • Description leads with the strongest fact — the first ~150 characters are what shows when shared
  • Location pin is on the right building, not just the right street
  • Price label formatted the way you use it everywhere else
  • Tags added if this property belongs on a Property Map
  • Exterior image uploaded, under 1 MB, building centred
  • Floor outlines traced for every floor, and each one opens the right floor
  • Exterior viewpoint placed and pointing at the building
  • Every floor has a floor plan image
  • Floor names match how the market talks (Ground floor, First floor…)
  • Area labels filled in
  • No rooms left in the Unassigned tab
  • Every room has a photo and a polygon
  • Room names and areas complete
  • Viewpoints placed and facing the direction the photo was taken
  • Key rooms have at least one hotspot

Presentation

  • Default view set to whichever pane shows this property best
  • Room grid checked in the preview at 1 and 2 columns

  • Previewed on mobile as well as desktop

Final walkthrough

1

Open the public URL

Not the dashboard preview — the real link, in a normal browser window.
2

Click every floor from the exterior

Each outline should open the floor you expect.
3

Open every room

Check the photo, the description, the gallery and the hotspots.
4

Try Reimagine on the weakest room

If the result is poor, a better source photo usually fixes it.
5

Send the form to yourself

Confirm the email actually arrives.
6

Do it again on a phone

Most buyers open the link on mobile first.
