What you need before you start: one good exterior photo, a floor plan image per floor, and a few room photos. Everything else can be added later — a Visit can be edited after it is shared, and changes go live immediately.

Create your property

From the dashboard, click New property. A property is created instantly with a random, unguessable public link (for example /sLIgtpL2rUN) and you land on Settings → Details.

Fill in the details

Give the property a name, a short description, a few tags, and drop the location pin. Add a price label if you plan to show this property on a Property Map.Read more → Property details

Upload the exterior

Go to Content → Exterior and upload the main exterior photo. This photo is the first thing a buyer sees, and it doubles as the cover image everywhere else in Planpoint.Read more → Exterior

Add your floors

In Content → Floors, add one floor per level and upload its floor plan image. Give each floor a clear name (Ground floor, Second floor, Basement).Read more → Floors

Trace the floors on the exterior photo

Back in Content → Exterior, open Floor outlines on exterior photo and trace each storey on the facade. These outlines are what a buyer clicks to enter a floor.Read more → Floor outlines

Add rooms

In Content → Rooms, pick a floor tab and add the rooms on that level. For each room: name it, add the area and orientation, upload a photo, and trace its polygon on the floor plan.Read more → Rooms

Style it

Open Settings → Customization → Customize to set the default view, layout, colours, fonts and logo. The live preview on the right shows exactly what buyers will see on desktop, tablet and mobile.Read more → Style editor

Share it

Go to Settings → Style & Embed, copy the public URL and send it. On the Pro plan you can replace the random link with a custom one, and paste the embed snippet into your own website.Read more → Public URL
